Upcoming Events

As we enter the season of giving, the holidays illuminate the troubles that many families experience.

So this Thanksgiving season, as you prepare the turkey dinner with all the fixings, we hope that you can help us as we strive to provide as much food as we can for local food shelters. The aid provided by these shelters during the Thanksgiving season is both physical and emotional nourisment.

Similarly, the Christmas season is a time of joy and wonder and solidarity. And yet, too many find the happiness of this holiday juxtaposed against personal problems. Even in our beautiful country, sick children in hospitals all over the area might not receive a single toy or present. It isn't the material gift that we want to give to these children, but rather the knowledge that there are people in the world who do care and want to see them get better.

We want to effect as much good as we can this holiday season. But obviously, we need your help to do it. Please join us at upcoming fundraising events or contact us directly to see how you can help.

While monetary donations can be utilized to purchase food and supplies for our various charities, services and skills are always welcome. Whether your skills lie in manual labor or intellectual pursuits, the people we help can benefit from the expertise that they may otherwise be unable to retain.
